Warranty, Disclaimer of Liability, and Returns

LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY

Definitive Arms warrants to the original retail purchaser, for his/her lifetime, that our firearms and accessories, used under normal conditions, will be free of defects in parts, material and workmanship, which affect satisfactory operation of the firearm or accessory. For firearms, this warranty is in force only upon completion of the warranty form, packed with the firearm, by the purchaser and transmittal to Definitive Arms.

This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the part or parts which are returned to Definitive Arms and which are determined by Definitive Arms to be defective. This warranty, made to the original owner/purchaser, is not transferable. The following items are excluded from this warranty: (1) Normal wear of protective finishes of all metal or plastic parts; (2) Damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or alteration; (3) damage from use of other than factory manufactured ammunition.

Items made by other manufactures which may be sold by Definitive Arms are covered by the original manufacturers warranty, if applicable. We do not offer or provide warranties on any items not specifically manufactured by Definitive Arms.

NOTICE OF DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

Definitive Arms will not be responsible for the results of careless handling, unauthorized repairs and alterations, corrosion, neglect, unreasonable or unsafe use. Definitive Arms assumes no responsibility for damage and/or injury caused in whole or in part by handloaded, reloaded, remanufactured or defective ammunition. Use of this type of ammunition is dangerous, and by using it you assume all risks associated with its use. The use of handloads, reloads or remanufactured ammunition in any firearm will void the Limited Lifetime Warranty. Under no circumstances shall Definitive Arms be responsible for incidental or consequential damages with respect to economic loss or injury to property or persons arising out of the use of handloaded or remanufactured ammunition, negligence, unsafe handling or unauthorized modifications to a firearm.

NEW PRODUCT RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your Definitive Arms purchase, you may return the UNUSED products by notifying Definitive Arms within 7 days from the date of your receipt of the product. Purchaser must contact Definitive Arms to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the Customer’s receipt and the RMA number. Any returned items must be packaged in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories, and firearms must also include a photo copy of the front and rear of your drivers license. Customer will be responsible for all freight and shipping charges on items returned that are not the result of Seller’s error. Definitive Arms is not responsible for lost shipments of items being returned. Definitive Arms will cover the freight costs for shipping exchanged items to the Customer. Returns will not be accepted on merchandise that has been used, incurred damage or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse or unauthorized repair or alteration. Customers must inspect all packages upon receipt. Shipping damage should be carefully documented and a claim filed with the shipping carrier. All incorrect items will need to be sent back to Definitive Arms upon receipt for a credit, and must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt of the RMA / Shipping Label. Upon notification, Definitive Arms will send a prepaid shipping label to the Customer for the item to be sent back to Definitive Arms. We cannot issue any refund until the item has arrived at our facility and been inspected. For returns that are not the result of Seller’s error, an inspection and restocking fee of 15% shall be retained.

WARRANTY RETURNS

If a problem arises with your Definitive Arms product, please contact Definitive Arms to file a warranty claim. Definitive Arms may, at our discretion, send a prepaid shipping label to the Customer for the item to be sent back to Definitive Arms. Any returned items must be packaged in the exact condition in which it was shipped to you or your dealer. This includes boxes and accessories, and firearms must also include a photo copy of the front and rear of your drivers license. Following inspection by Definitive Arms, any item that is determined by Definitive Arms to be defective may be repaired or replaced and returned to the customer.
